1. Our Commitment

Zynoviq is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that every person should be able to access and use our website and products regardless of ability. We continually improve the user experience for everyone by applying recognized accessibility standards throughout our design and development process.

Our target conformance level is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

2. Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across our website and platform:

• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including navigation menus, buttons, forms, and modal dialogs, are fully operable using a keyboard alone. Skip-to-content links are provided on all pages
• Screen Reader Compatibility: We use ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) landmarks, labels, roles, and descriptions throughout the interface to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver
• Color Contrast: All text and interactive elements meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. We do not rely on color alone to convey information
• Resizable Text: Content can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. The layout adapts responsively to accommodate larger text sizes
• Focus Indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided on all interactive elements, including links, buttons, form fields, and custom controls. Focus order follows a logical, predictable sequence
• Alternative Text: All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes to be ignored by screen readers
• Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h6), landmark regions (nav, main, aside, footer), and semantic elements (article, section, figure) to provide meaningful document structure
• Reduced Motion: We respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion in their operating system settings will see minimal or no animations
• Form Accessibility: All form fields have associated labels, required fields are clearly indicated, and validation error messages are programmatically associated with their respective fields for screen reader announcement
• No Flashing Content: Our website does not contain content that flashes more than three times per second, in compliance with WCAG Success Criterion 2.3.1

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, we are aware of the following limitations:

• Interactive charts and data visualizations within the ProfitGuard dashboard may have limited screen reader support. We provide accessible data tables as alternatives where feasible and are actively working to improve chart accessibility
• Some legacy PDF documents may not be fully tagged for accessibility. New documents are created with proper tagging and structure
• Drag-and-drop interactions in the integration setup wizard have keyboard alternatives, but the experience may differ from the pointer-based interaction

We actively identify and address accessibility issues as part of our regular development sprints. Accessibility testing is integrated into our CI/CD pipeline using automated tools, supplemented by manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve reported issues within 30 days, depending on complexity. When immediate resolution is not possible, we will provide an interim workaround and communicate a timeline for a permanent fix.

Our website and platform may integrate with third-party services and content, including embedded videos, analytics tools, and documentation platforms. While we strive to select third-party partners that adhere to accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality provided by third parties. We regularly evaluate our third-party integrations and advocate for accessibility improvements with our vendors.

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA: The internationally recognized standard for web accessibility published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)
• Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India): Indian legislation that mandates accessibility of information and communication technology for persons with disabilities
• European Accessibility Act (EAA): EU directive establishing accessibility requirements for products and services, including websites and mobile applications
• EN 301 549: European standard for ICT accessibility requirements, harmonized with WCAG 2.1
